Do you deliver across Pakistan?
Yes. We deliver nationwide, and orders usually arrive in 3 to 5 working days. Delivery is free on orders over Rs 3,000.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes, cash on delivery is available across Pakistan. You can also pay by Visa or Mastercard, JazzCash or bank transfer at checkout. For cash-on-delivery orders we send you a WhatsApp message to confirm the order before it ships.
How do I choose a lipstick shade for my skin tone?
Start with your undertone. If gold jewellery suits you best, you probably have warm undertones: try Future History, Scouts Honour, Ready To Ruin, Stab or Good Riddance. If silver suits you, go cooler with Lips That You Like, Auroras or Ghosted. Pretend and Unstable are neutral. Still unsure? Try every shade on your own face.
How long do NYLA lipsticks last?
Our matte lipsticks give full colour in one or two swipes and last up to 8 hours with minimal transfer. For the longest wear, start with clean, moisturised lips and blot after the first layer.
Will a matte lipstick dry out my lips?
NYLA lipsticks are made to be matte without the dryness, so they stay comfortable through a long day. For very dry lips, smooth on a thin layer of lip balm a few minutes before, then blot it away so the colour grips.
How do I apply a Velvet Blush?
Dab a little onto the apples of your cheeks with a fingertip or brush, then blend up towards your temples. Add more to build from a soft flush to full colour. It sets to a soft matte velvet finish that lasts up to 10 hours.
What is a lip & cheek tint?
Bare Tints are water-based tints for both lips and cheeks. One swipe gives a sheer stain and a second builds it up. Use it on lips for a soft stained finish, or dab it onto cheeks and blend for a natural flush.
What is in Grow & Glow hair oil?
Grow & Glow is made with coconut oil, olive oil, rosemary extract, ratanjot (alkanna tinctoria), fenugreek extract, valeriana wallichii, vitamin E and amla extract. There is no mineral oil, no silicones, no synthetic fragrance and no fillers.
Can I try shades before I buy?
Yes. Our virtual try-on shows every lipstick, Velvet Blush and Bare Tint on your face through your phone camera or a selfie. It runs on your device, so nothing is uploaded.
Is NYLA a Pakistani brand?
Yes. NYLA is a Pakistani makeup brand based in Karachi, and every shade is made for Pakistani skin tones.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Check your parcel when it arrives and message us straight away on WhatsApp or by email with your order number and a photo, so we can make it right.
